Closync.ai is an AI sales coach that works with voice and text commands. It connects to your existing CRM, instantly analyzes your data, and generates automated campaigns, reminders, KPI reports, and sales recommendations so teams can focus on selling instead of manual tasks.
Which CRMs is it compatible with?
We currently offer direct integration with Pipedrive and Hubspot, and a webhook/CSV bridge for other systems. We also have Salesforce, Zoho Dynamics 365, and Freshsales on our roadmap.
Is the voice command language Turkish?
Yes. We have natural language support for Turkish, English, and all other languages. It also includes a dictionary engine that can learn jargon-specific terms (e.g., “quick shutdown,” “pipeline swelling”).
How long does installation take?
Self-service wizard in less than 5 minutes. Enter your API key, select your workspace, grant audio microphone permissions—that’s it.
Does the team need to know CRM?
No. Natural commands like “Hey Closync, create a new deal” or “Take notes about the meeting with Mrs. Ayşe” are sufficient; your team can work without entering the CRM interface.
How does omnichannel automation work?
In the campaign wizard, you select the target segment (e.g. “Inactive lead for the last 7 days”), Closync.ai suggests content by channel (WhatsApp / Email / SMS), sets the timing and monitors the performance in the dashboard.
Is my data safe?
Traffic is encrypted with TLS 1.2+; data is stored with an AES-256 layer in ISO 27001-certified EU & Türkiye data centers. Two-factor authentication and role-based access are standard.
Is there GDPR / KVKK compliance?
Yes. We offer data processing agreements that support erasure requests, the right to be forgotten, data export, and purpose limitation clauses.
